Email suite design & build

One of the biggest and most innovative luggage manufacturers in the world, Samsonite produce everything from toiletries bags to briefcases to extra large suitcases. The company’s Hong Kong branch was in need of a fresh new customer email suite to work in conjunction with their main national eCommerce website.

This was a project I worked on with my friend and sometime business associate Rob Cheatley; together we designed and hand coded a suite of 11 HTML5 emails, fully compatible across over 70 devices, apps and browsers in line with Litmus standards, including order confirmations, abandoned basket notifications and a weekly newsletter.
