Otis Elevator Company has designed, built and installed elevators and escalators in some of the world's most iconic buildings, from the Eiffel Tower to the Burj Khalifa.

I spent six months working in‑house with Otis in Connecticut and New York as one of two agency representatives based in the US. Liaising directly with the client each day, I worked across UX and UI for the main global website, Otis.com, alongside a range of smaller projects.

One of my initial homepage concepts evolved into a digital pitch microsite, designed to introduce Otis's capabilities to prospective clients. The design brought together the company's heritage, engineering expertise and approach to innovation, creating a cohesive presentation that could support its business development conversations.
